There has been a lot of good discussion on many of the issues we will need
to resolve when coming up with CaveXML, but it's now a bit hard to get a
grip on them all. It would certainly help us if we had a summary to date.
Unfortunately the web page sortings of postings don't really help that much.

Is there anyone who will volunteer to:
* list each issue discussed so far.
* point to important emails on this issue, e.g. date, author, subject line.
* prepare a summary paragraph on each issue for me to add to our Issues web
page.
