Hello!

I did add some pages to our website and changed to a frame-design. In the
discussion section there is a web-interface to the mailing-list.

I have started some general remarks what our format should be able to deal
with, which is by far not complete now.

Concerning the XML-Tools and documentation I would be glad if you could
send me some additional hints. Furthermore if one of you would like to
maintain one of those sections, you can contact me.

The reason why I did not very actively participate so far in the
discussion-list itself are the following: I am still occupied with more
organizational stuff and I have final exams of my studying on friday next
week.
