Hello!

I would like to start a list with the national delegates. UIS decisions
are voted by national delegates. The german cavers will discuss this issue
next weekend. I will call for delegates from Austria and Switzerland in
the countries mailing-lists.

If you have suggestions for the countries actively participating so far in
the discussions (GB, USA, CZ, Australia, etc.), please contact me. If you
know cavers from countries not participating so far please support me in
getting contacts ...
