I had usually heard the difference of terms:

LRCF - Left, Right, Ceiling, Floor all measured from the station
(or a line going through the station)
vs.
LRSH - Left, Right, Station Height From floor, Passage Height floor to
ceiling.

Note: But I always saw LRCF.

This is not a difference in definition, just a difference in names.
