Dear All,
A lot of important issues have been raised and discussed, but not resolved,
since this WG started, but they are rather buried in an ocean of emails.
Could we please have a volunteer to sift through them, categorise them,
reference them and list them, so that we can make sure they are all
properly addressed during our discussions?
I see two main ways of doing it:
(1) one person does the lot as above; or
(2) one person co-ordinates the list while others who have raised or taken
an interest in various issues send to the co-ordinator a brief synopsis
paragraph, and reference to the dates and subject lines of relevant emails.
I will then update our "Topics" web page accordingly, so we can keep track
of what's been decided and what's still outstanding. This would come under
Task 3 in our Task List.

PS: There have still been no volunteers for co-ordinator or doers for
publicity (Task 5). Come on folks, this is meant to be a team effort.
Martin, I think it was you who recommended that we widen participation in
our work. Would you be willing to take on the Publicity Co-ordinator role?
