I am saying that it is incorrect way. All data should be stored in the same
place,
or at least we need a method to tell which is which. There are many ways to
do this, like using flags or different attribute names or different
entities.
Which way to use is a matter of further discussion, but I think that this
data
should be a part of the format.

Yes, you are right. There is nearly no difference between X,Y,Z
and dX,dY,dZ representations when they are corrected values.
