The tripod is part of the instrument set. If a tripod was used, the
Measurement set required would vary accordingly. This would be described
under Method.

As I see it, our XML files would only store the data. Any "rules" are more
related to programs which process the data. However I feel we need to be
aware of the rules during our discussions so that we are sure that we have
covered all the data which the programs need.
