Hi,
I am working on drawing up a list in plain English of the entities and the
fields which we need to deal with in CaveXML for surveys. Also an
entity-relationship diagram. Parts of these have already been posted by
various people. I hope we can then discuss these and end up with a
definitive list from which to proceed with the XML aspects, now that
most(?) of the XML issues have been examined. I suspect that in some cases
we will end up with some fields which have more than one variation, and in
a given case of data storage or transfer we choose and specify the
appropriate variation. I'm sorry it's taking me so long. I'll be away for
the next two weeks also. If you want to send me your own current lists to
incorporate, please do so.
Peter
